Logos and Product Photos -- Disclaimer

MonierLifetile does not object to third party use of our logo and product images in advertising, on documentation, in books and other printed materials, on video tape, in software applications, on Internet pages, in television programming, commercials, movies, or feature films so long as the use is not disparaging and falls within the definition of "fair use" under International and/or United States Copyright law, as applicable. Provided you adhere to the following guidelines, no further written permission is required:

You may not disparage MonierLifetile or any of its products in your use of MonierLifetile product images.
Your use should not indicate or imply any sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement or your product or company by MonierLifetile.
MonierLifetile product images should never be used on third party product packaging.
You may only use approved MonierLifetile product images as provided by MonierLifetile. Except to resize to fit your needs, you may not alter the product images in any way, including but not limited to altering or obscuring markings, logos or trademarks.
The copyright attribution should state: "Image(s) reprinted with permission from MonierLifetile®"
MonierLifetile may revoke the limited license for use herein granted if, in MonierLifetile's sole discretion, any of the terms of use stated herein have been or are being violated. We reserve the right to update this agreement without notification.
